Events Organiser – Warwick

Argo Nautical is a market leader in the retail and distribution of motor yachts and pleasure craft throughout the UK and Europe.

We proudly represent renowned brands such as Princess Yachts, Galeon, Saxdor, Pardo, and Greenline Yachts. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Event Organiser to manage our schedule of customer events and boat shows across Europe, ensuring each brand is represented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of customer events and boat shows across Europe.
• Manage complex logistics related to events, including invitations, ticketing, and hotel bookings.
• Collaborate with graphic design teams for artwork and signage production.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of events, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Utilise Hubspot CRM for tracking event-related data and communications.
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop strategies for brand representation at events.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks within given time frames.
• Assist in overseeing events with a hands-on and practical approach.

Previous Experience Required:

• Proven experience in event planning and management, particularly in handling complex logistics.
• Strong administrative skills with a high level of organisation.
• Experience in graphic design and artwork production.
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is advantageous.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
