Part-Time Service Administrator – Puerto Banus
Join our team at Puerto Banus in Marbella as a Service Administrator within our yacht servicing and aftercare team.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our Yacht Aftersales. You will work closely with our marine technicians and managers to ensure all financial aspects of the service department are handled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key responsibilities
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Manage payments across Aftersales locations
- Keep track of manufacturer accounts, making sure records are clear and any payment issues are dealt with quickly.
- Check on ongoing jobs to ensure work is done efficiently and on schedule.
- Handle invoicing to ensure bills are accurate and follow company rules.
- Create and manage records for out-of-time (OOT) jobs and their invoices
- Oversee costs for Technicians and the Group Technical Manager, making sure all expenses are justified and accurately recorded.
- Book travel arrangements like accommodation and flights for OOT technicians and Group Technical Manager
- Keep track of outstanding items on the Parts Information Number (PIN) for all Aftersales locations
- Monitoring work in progress and share findings with management to help improve workflow and resource use.
- Review dashboards on manufacturer systems and inform Aftersales Managers about any outstanding items or potential issues.
- Use the Princess Connect system to spot potential opportunities and notify Aftersales Managers when necessary.
- Be part of launch of the Aftersales Hubspot CRM system, and contribute to more efficient workflows within the business
