Marine Administrator – Southampton
We are looking for a Marine Administrator to join our team in Saxon Wharf, Southampton.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Concierge, Aftersales Manager, and the Engineers. You will be tasked with the invoicing and administration within the service department.
- Preparing documentation relating to transactions in a methodical and accurate manner.
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
- Preparing accurate quotations for yacht servicing and maintenance needs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate payment records.
We’re looking for a well-organised administrator who can juggle a busy workload, keep accurate records and check paperwork with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
- Must have strong administration skills and be able to handle a busy workload
- Kerridge experience is preferred
- Motor trade or marine industry experience is preferred.
