Marine Administrator – Southampton

We are looking for a Marine Administrator to join our team in Saxon Wharf, Southampton.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Concierge, Aftersales Manager, and the Engineers. You will be tasked with the invoicing and administration within the service department.
  • Preparing documentation relating to transactions in a methodical and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining an efficient document storage system which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
  • Preparing accurate quotations for yacht servicing and maintenance needs.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate payment records.

We’re looking for a well-organised administrator who can juggle a busy workload, keep accurate records and check paperwork with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
  • Must have strong administration skills and be able to handle a busy workload
  • Kerridge experience is preferred
  • Motor trade or marine industry experience is preferred.
