We’re searching for a dedicated and customer orientated Technical Advisor to join our esteemed yacht company. If you possess a passion for providing exceptional service, local expertise and a love for the yachting world, we want to hear from you!
Hours: Mon – Fri / 7.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: DOE
About the Role
This would be the ultimate role for someone who fully understands boat repairs and can confidently execute advice to clients and internal departments of what is required. To chase the progress of completion and lease this with the clients. Delivering exceptional customer service with a full focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- To be available for all technical enquiries and support the concierges
- Provide estimates according to policy schedules, time and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Proven experience in the marine industry
