We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Manager in Plymouth

Marine experience is essential for this role;

1. Quality Standards
   Continue to maintain the high quality standards of yachts through the Customer Ready process
2. Monitoring Processes
   Overseeing the operational processes and reporting progress to the Customer Ready Manager
3. Documentation and Reporting
   Maintain detailed records of rejections and inefficiencies
4. Organising and planning
   Organise and execute a daily labour plan for rectification team
5. Leading and motivation
   Create a positive and motivational working environment
